CW Intelligent Systems was founded by someone who has worked in restaurants since he was 15 years old, run small businesses, and understands what it's like to need technology that actually works — without the runaround.
The Story Behind CWIS
I am the founder of G.C.E. Inc. — a company founded for the people, by the people. Its mission is simple: getting people to do what they want to do most and giving them the resources to be successful in doing so. Every venture under GCE shares that mission.
I've been in the restaurant industry since I was 15 years old. Now 33, I have over 15 years of experience in restaurant operations — from the kitchen to management. I know firsthand what it's like to run a fast-paced business where every missed call, every scheduling error, and every inventory mistake costs real money. I also run CW Tile and Stone, bringing about 5 years of construction and trades experience to the table.
I taught myself AI and systems engineering because I saw a problem: the technology that could help people like me was locked behind corporate contracts, expensive consultants, and tools designed for companies with IT departments. Small business owners and regular people were being left behind.
So I started building my own solutions. I built AI assistants that could handle the tasks I didn't have time for. I built smart displays that showed me what I needed to know at a glance. And I realized — if I could build this for myself, I could build it for others.
That's how CW Intelligent Systems was born. Not in a Silicon Valley office, but from the same real-world experience of running businesses, managing people, and knowing exactly what small business owners need because I am one.
